the agent i spoke with joanne was more then helpful. she was delightful courteous and diligent . she gave me several options and answered allmy questions ,got back to me timely and stayed on top of the situation without pressuring me to sign anything. all this was done in the envelope of help. she was wonderful and the company produced a wonderful policy for me. i would so recommend them

I’ve been with Atlantic Insurance for my property insurance for over 10 years. They have always been professional and prompt with any issues. They have been able to steer me to less expensive carriers when rates changed. When I have been late with a payment, they have reminded me gently so my policy was not canceled. They have always been pleasant to deal with and I recommend them without reservation.

The Atlantic Insurance agency is a 5 star company. They have specialists in all areas of property and casualty including back up agents, all of whom respond timely and are exemplary.While I have always found their premiums to be competitive, even if they were slightly higher than other agencies, the customer service would be worth any additional costs.The owner of the company always follows up with serious issues, and exhibits a wealth of knowledge and experience in the insurance industry.I have referred many friends to The Atlantic Agency and have been with them since moving to Florida 16 years ago.Jeff

I’ve had my homeowners insurance with this agency for over 3 years and I’m completely happy! Their service is kind, quick and responsive. They answer their phones promptly, they are always patient and kind and every time I’ve needed anything they take care of it immediately. The only complaint I have about insurance is prices and unfortunately your agency can’t change or help that. If you are new to the area or in need of any line of insurance I highly recommend this agency.

The people at Atlantic agency helped my mother Dorothy get good coverage for a good price. We had a better experience with Atlantic than other insurance agents in the Delray Beach / Boca area. We would definitely recommend them!
