The Atlantic Insurance agency is a 5 star company. They... have specialists in all areas of property and casualty including back up agents, all of whom respond timely and are exemplary. While I have always found their premiums to be competitive, even if they were slightly higher than other agencies, the customer service would be worth any additional costs. The owner of the company always follows up with serious issues, and exhibits a wealth of knowledge and experience in the insurance industry. I’ve had my homeowners insurance with this agency for... over 3 years and I’m completely happy! Their service is kind, quick and responsive. They answer their phones promptly, they are always patient and kind and every time I’ve needed anything they take care of it immediately. The only complaint I have about insurance is prices and unfortunately your agency can’t change or help that. If you are new to the area or in need of any line of insurance I highly recommend this agency.read more
